Can I add or remove members later?

Yes! Add or remove household members anytime. Changes take effect immediately with immediate billing adjustment.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, you lose access to the Service but can re-subscribe anytime to restore your data (we retain your records for 90 days for reactivation).

No hidden fees. The only costs are the base £19.99/month + £4.99/month per additional member. All features, unlimited scans, and 2M+ barcode database access are included.
